Fundraising & Volunteer Requirements
All members of the Preston Figure Skating Club are required to contribute to the fundraising & volunteer opportunities of the club. Recreational families are asked to contribute 2 hours per year, while regional & sectional families are asked to contribute 4 hours per year. If you don't feel you can contribute the time to the club, rec families are asked to pay a volunteer fee of $25 per skater to a maximum of $40 per family. Regional & sectional families may opt to pay a $50 fee.
All families are also asked to join Preston FSC's fundraising efforts. Monies raised through fundraising can be applied to the amount of volunteer time required, with $50 raised being equal to one hour of volunteer time. We have multiple fundraising opportunities throughout the year which will be emailed out to families and posted on this webpage.
