Synchronized skating

Synchronized skating, or “synchro” is a specialized discipline of skating involving groups of eight or more skaters performing various group formations and maneuvers. There is a team for skaters of all skills and ages. The objective is for the team to perform as one unit executing circles, blocks, lines, wheels and intersections in unison to the music, while demonstrating quality edges, power and flow.

What level does my child have to be to join a synchro team?

Our synchro program begins at the Advance Rec level.

Do the synchro teams go to any competitions?

Yes. Depending on the team, we travel to multiple competitions within Ontario each season.
